Thich Nhat Hanh was born in Vietnam and is one of the best known Zen Buddhist around the world for his very practical advice on how to live one's life fully and how to deal with one's many problems in Samsara. Unfortunatly we passed away quite recently so we thought we could offer a few of his books as PDFs for free.

In this book of 114 pages he discusses how we all have fears of various things and then how we can in very practical ways deal with these fears using mindfulness. Then he describes all these anxieties that we have in modern life as a being in a storm and how we can calm this storm. After that he explains how to transform these fears into love using eight simple breathing excercises and develop the relaxation through meditation.
