Milarepa is often thought to be just a wild yogi, but actually he was taught and trained by Marpa and extradinary scholar. The spiritual song by him is given by Tony Duff with a commentary showing that Milarepa was expounding the Shentong view before Dolpopa basically invented the word and concept of Shentong.
