Then he presents the meaning of vows for lay persons and the ordained in a modern context. there is a chapter on "women, Siddhi (the powers obtained with practice) and Dharma." Finally Kalu Rinpoche gives a teaching on the main meditation practice of the Kagyu lineage which is Mahamudra.
