Lama Kathy Wesley is a student of Khenpo Karthar Rinpoche. She completed a three year retreat in 1996. She now serves as resident teacher for the Columbus KTC. Khenpo Jigme, resident lama for Thrangu Rinpoche’s Vajra Vidya Retreat Center, completed a five year program of study at Namo Buddha Institute for Higher Buddhist Studies and completed a three year retreat in 1997.

This teaching was presented at Thrangu Rinpoche’s 2006 Crestone Retreat. It consists of 4 talks with 1 practice session.
