This is a book byTaranatha who collected a lot of stories about Tara and these were  translated by Templeman.

Taranatha apparently through together 89 references to Tara of mostly non-scholars had never heard of. It is a testament to Taranatha's apparent photographic memory, but it is a rather esoteric book.
