This is a translation of a Dzogchen tantra called The Circle of Total Illumination. This tantra explains that everthing that we experience of phenomena is "light."

The first 60 pages of the 300 pages of this book is an extensive commentary by Keith Dowam on the tantra. What follows is the translation of the tantra which is very complex.
