The Medicine Buddha which consists of over 200 pages translated by Lama Yeshe Gyamptso and has  basically four different parts.

First there is an 87 page verse-by-verse explanation of how to do eveery single part of the actual Medicine Buddha Practice. For this commentary, Rinpoche draws on his vast knowledge and practice of the Medicine Buddha.  Second, the book gives the Medicine Buddha practice in Tibetan script, transliteration, and English. The third part is a comprehensive commentary on the most important part of the Medicine Buddha sutra, the Twelve Extraordinary Aspirations for the Benefit of Sentient Beings. This is a 84 page commentary of the most important aspect of the Medicine Buddha sutra which covers the benefit of the practice, how the mudras clarify the visualization, the benefits of recollecting the Medicine Buddha’s name, and how the Medicine Buddha protects us, and the correct view of the Deities and the Maras.

The book gives the sadhana again, but this time has a literal word for word translation of the text.
